Vinje Industri has a modern pipe bending center with CNC-controlled drill pipe bending machines.

 

At the pipe center, we have the opportunity to bend:

• Metric tubes: 6mm - 150mm

• NPS pipes: 1/2" – 6"

• Tubing: 1/4" – 1"

• Radiuses from 1.5xD - 3xD

 

We have an approved third party procedure for bending acid resistant and steel IHHT:

• Norsok M-630, Edition 5 and 6 with limitations according to EDS NBE1.

• ASME B31.3, A332, Edition 2012.

• DNV Rules – DNV-OS-F101, Edition 2013.

• NS-EN-13480-3, Edition 2012

 

We also have the opportunity to bend other material qualities such as Duplex and Titanium etc.

 

We have grooving and flaring equipment available in the workshop. We can collar at 37° and 90° as well as Walform and EO2 shape.

 

We also have this equipment available for outdoor assembly.

The pipe-bending center also has tools for flushing and pressure testing of pipes and equipment, as well as several CNC controlled bending machines.
